Glen Ellyn Area Alumnae Chapter’s programs under International Awareness & Involvement broaden the knowledge and understanding of other nations, increase interest in international affairs and develop a greater appreciation for people of different backgrounds and cultures. 
Our programming includes a focus on national and local initiatives as well as programming that reached the Dominican Republic.

Our signature programs include: 

• Annual World AIDS Day Observance
• International Conversations
• Annual Mission Trip focused on meeting the basic needs of women and children
• Delta Day at the United Nations

Our International Awareness & Involvement programming was recognized at the 59th National Convention in 2019 and our 49th Regional Conference in 2020.
